Previous Vintage 2004...Pale straw. Beautifully fragrant, toasty, mealy, slightly minerally, complex bouquet. Rich yet refined palate, with delicate peach, pear and citrus fruit flavours, complex and layered. Slightly buttery and toasty, with good spine, structure and length. Notably complete, softly textured wine. Still youthful and will mature well. Drink 2007-09. |
